A pop-up "Error" message appears and I can't do anything.

If you are not using an authenticated certificate, and the browser, such as Chrome, determines that the certificate is invalid, an error will be displayed.

After the pop-up "Error" message appears, you can temporarily ignore it by pressing the OK button and refreshing the screen with F5, etc., but the browser will reload the certificate at irregular intervals.
This reload will cause the error to reappear.

If you apply an authenticated certificate, the above error will not occur, so the solution is to apply an authenticated certificate to ThirdEye and your browser.
